UX for the largest mall on the west coast
My teams and I worked with fashion and luxury design agency BTG on the design of South Coast Plaza. I over saw the UX teams while BTG worked with the client on the visual design. The overall deliverables on this project were the full wireframe and user flows of the mall's site experience. The brief called for an easy and simple to use site for international guests.
