I over saw the design team through the UX and design of the patient assistance foundation website. Through research and best practices we created a simple and easy to use site for the target demographic.
The Patient Assistance Foundation helps 100K uninsured, low-income individuals who need assistance acquiring the medication they need. My role as Director of UX and creative was to oversee the team dedicated to designing the overall experience.
